Hillebrand 7004 desk lamp by Heinz Stahl, 1970s

Hillebrand desk lamp model 7004, designed by Heinz FW Stahl. Round black metal base with a large built-in brass switch in the middle. Black painted aluminum lampshade in the shape of a mushroom, painted white on the inside and tiltable. Polished flat brass rod. Two silver bakelite E14 fittings.

From 1968 to 1988, Stahl worked as a designer for Hillebrand-Leuchten in Arnsberg, Germany. He was responsible for 'modern' lighting. During that period, he designed most of the famous Hillebrand lamps.
